I regularly orchestrate from provided MIDI, which can be delivered as fully orchestrated score for recording or as a mock-up.  

This example is from the upcoming film "The Brits Are Coming".  The original audio from the composers is below, and the score created from it below that (unfortunately I don't have the final recorded audio as the film is still in post-production).
